What We Have Done
Great West Africa Ltd has a proud history of delivering impactful transport projects that drive progress. Some of our notable works include:
Rail Line Development
Great West Africa was the major initiator of the Kano-Maradi Rail Line (currently under construction), to serve as a critical transport link between Nigeria and Niger Republic. The line is set to link trade in Nigeria’s busiest transport corridor, the Lakaji Trade Route (Lagos-Kano-Jibia), onwards to neighboring countries.
Transport Reforms
Partnered in the development of transport reforms framework for state transportation in Nigeria with a view to universal acceptance and compatibility with the wider modes of transport.
Project Financing
Facilitated alternative financing options to cushion current limitations in government funding for major infrastructure projects.
